Welcome to the Feminine Body Design Prescription Strength Training System For Women's Health

The programs are set up in course units that need to be studied in order. You will start with the first 3 programs to establish a strong foundation; you need to dr fitness usalearn each program, one at a time, at your own pace, but allow for at least one week per program, or doing each individual program at least 3 times before moving on to the next. Once you have learned all three programs, they will need to be done consecutively.

You need to complete each lesson in order to access the next.
